Incident Details: At the conclusion of the game, St George Head Coach (Eloy D'Rozario) had approached the officials to shake their hands. In doing so, the Head Coach proceeded to shake one of the official's hands but refused to shake the other whilst making a comment to the effect of "if you refereed the game I would shake your hand". This conduct was inappropriate and disrespectful.
