Incident Details: Did not get the player's name as I had another game straight after and then was told I needed to file a report. During the game, inner city #6 was ejected from the game for 2 unsportsmanlike fouls. After the ejection, he was removed from the bench voluntarily and looked cooperate with instructions. Details of the fouls are below Unsportsmanlike foul #1: In the final play of the first half, there was a turnover which resulted in the hoopstars player gaining possession of the ball and said player went up for a layup. The defender (person committing the foul) wound up, made contact with the offensive player's back with his torso, along with impact on the side of the head which the defensive player followed through with. To add on, this was also a clear path foul as there is no player in front of the offensive player. I called an unsportsmanlike foul immediately as the lead official, with Ruari Sutherland, the trail also signalling an unsportsmanlike foul. I explained to the coach this foul meets the criteria C2 and C4 Unsportsmanlike foul 2: In the 2nd half, the defender (the one who was committing the foul) went shoulder first into the ballcarrier, without any attempt to play the ball. The ballcarrier has hit his head on the floor in the first half and poses an additional injury risk. After deliberation with Ruari, the foul has been upgraded to a unsportsmanlike foul criteria C1 and C2 and hence the player's action led to him being ejected from the game. After the game, when I asked supervisor Nathan Mercer about whether I need to do an incident report, he told me I need to but it was too late to look for the player's name
