Incident Details: Murray Wagener, an official for Sutherland Basketball, was observed persistently questioning the officials' decisions from the sideline in his role as a spectator for Blakehurst Bucks. This occurred for the majority of the game with comments such as "That's a travel ref" "Watch it ref" "Where is the foul ref". It came to a point where the referee was forced to engage in an attempt to cease his abusive and harassing engagement. His conduct was inappropriate and is a high risk to our officials, particularly our junior officials.
