Incident Details: With 2 second remaining, Blackwave # 4 initiated a chasedown on Moriah Player. With 1 second remaining, Blackwave # 4 had slipped his hand inside the top of the Moriah players singlet. As the siren sounded, Blackwave # 4 grabbed the singlet amd slingshotted the player to the ground with intent. Blackwave # 4 then walked away from the immediate area where player was on ground.
