To ensure the effective administration of our courses, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellations Not Allowed 24 Hours Before Course: - Cancellations are not permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled course start time. This policy allows us to allocate resources efficiently and maintain the quality of the learning experience for all participants. Individual Sign-ins Required: - Each booking is valid for one person only. Multiple individuals are not allowed to use the same Zoom link for the course. - Participants must sign into the Zoom session using their designated individual accounts. It is essential that each participant logs in separately to ensure accurate accreditation. Accreditation Only to the Signed-in Account: - Accreditation and course-related benefits will only be provided to the individual account through which the participant signs in. - If multiple individuals use the same account, only the person who initially signed in will receive accreditation.
