REFEREE COLLEGE

OF AUSTRALIA

Supporting Referees, Supporting Humans

In 2021, Referee College of Australia (RCA) was formed by Logan Bilby, a highly experienced basketball official with over 20 years in the field. RCA's founding purpose was to aid the growth and development of local associations and competition's officiating programs. Initially conceived as an online resource, RCA rapidly expanded its offerings to encompass a holistic approach, including referee program management, mentoring, online training, and administrative services.

The essence of RCA lies in its vision of supporting grassroots associations and officials, standing as a clear commitment to the nationwide advancement of the referee skillsets.
