Heading: Timer: Duties
"The timer shall measure a time-out as follows:
Start the stopwatch immediately when the referee blows the whistle and gives the time-out signal.
Sound the signal when 50 seconds of the time-out have elapsed.
Sound the signal when the time-out has ended."
